Hier gilt es, genau hinzusehen und sich nicht auf Allgemeinpl\u00e4tze zu verlassen. Ich erstelle, pr\u00fcfe oder verhandele solche Vereinbarungen f\u00fcr Sie schnell, effizient und, soweit n\u00f6tig, auch auf Business-Legal English Level. Vertrauliche Informationen sollten nie an unbefugte Dritte weitergegeben werden. Sie sind zudem ein zentraler Bestandteil beim Schutz von geistigem Eigentum, welches Sie fr\u00fchzeitig sichern sollten. Der Einpflegung von P\u00f6nalen und Vertragsstrafen ist nochmal gesondert Augenmerk zu verschaffen.<\/span><\/p><p><span>Wenn ich mit anderen Einzelpersonen, Unternehmen oder Organisationen zusammenarbeite, die sensible Informationen austauschen m\u00fcssen, um eine Kooperation oder Partnerschaft zu begr\u00fcnden, sorge ich daf\u00fcr, dass ein NDA unterzeichnet wird.
