If you have a temporary vacancy in your legal department, you can reach out to me as an external In-house counsel on an interims basis and can help you to meet the need for in-house advice, particularly in the day-to-day business. I am characterized by a quick grasp and ability to familiarize effiiciently. As an interim counsel, you can also rely on my expertise beyond the borders of Germany.
You can also work with me if you are looking for a project lawyer. In the past, I have worked as a project lawyer with a number of companies, some of which are very well-known. As a project lawyer, I was mostly involved with German and European subsidiaries of third-country parent companies (USA, Asia-Pacific) in order to implement legal and Compliance guidelines, support complex projects (M&A, R&D) or supervise the demanding day-to-day business. The advantage of working with me as a project lawyer is not only a high-quality work product, but above all unbeatable cost efficiency. As a project lawyer, I am neither employed by you and subject to social security contributions nor do you have the risk that I will enjoy protection against dismissal, as I work independently in my capacity as a project lawyer.
